1.Can we meet you sir?
My Name is Adebisi Timothy Oluwadamilare popularly known as Timmysmartz. I'm a 300 level philosophy student. I'm the current vice president of National association of philosophy student UNILAG chapter, Akoka LAGOS.
2.You seem to be passionate about people, can you tell us about the love you have for people?
Yes that is true because I believe that without people you cannot attain anything meaningful in life. The best resources that you can have is people. That is why I love people and I also want to see them being successful because if they become successful, it would rub off on you.
3. Looking at your precedent you have always been able to conquer despite challenges, what is your secret?
I learned from my mistakes and I worked on it.
4.People see you as a flexible easy going man with a lot of intellectual information what do you think?
Well, it is good to be humble and to make peace with all men no matter what. I believe that the world would be a better place if we can all realize that man is a being with others. For the intellectual part, I don't believe that I know, so I'm striving to know. But if people can be saying that, it means that I'm making progress.
5.Tell us about an idea leadership?
Leadership is the ability to be a leader and to be a leader is to be creative, have an inspiring vision of the future, motivate and inspires your followers to engage in that vision. A leader must carry his people along, he must be loyal and also humble himself before them and he must be chosen by his followers and not forcing himself on them.
6.As a student Entrepreneur how are you able to joggle sch and work?
One thing that I have thought myself right from the onset is the ability to multitasking. I'm an entrepreneur by blood because it is something I got from my parents. There is time for everything. All I do is time everything , know what to do at the right time. If you know what you are doing, it won't be hard. And also, that is why I love people, sell your dream and vision to the right people, and give them a role to play, and they will die there to make it a success. I have people who so much believe in Timmysmartzenith, so they are giving their best to make it a success.
7. Tell us the future you have for FASA?
To unit the whole departments together with unbreakable bond . To make FASA a good example for other faculties to follow and learn from. To make FASA global beyond our zone.
8 Are you the best man for the post?
Yes I'm the best man for the post. If I'm not i won't dabble into it.
9.If you had the chance to choose between money, fame, respect and power which would you choose?
Well, it depends on what kind of power you are talking about. But if you are talking about positive power, I think I will choose that because with power you can bring a positive change. Power makes it easier for you to do exploits.
9.Your regime as the VP of naps was a
success. Tell us more about it?
It was a success and will continue to be a success because I have the backing of the almighty, HOD, my President (Zeno)who gave me the room to carry out my task and always supporting, my other exco members, my colleagues who are always there to assist me, advice me, and encouraging me to do more. And i surrounded myself with positive people, that is why it is a success
And I was able to carry the people along, I sold the dream and vision to them, also gave them a role to play. I made them to feel the sense of belonging. Without people, there can be no success to achieve.
